ONE Presidential Mortgage is proud to announce that Jessica Simkins has joined the team as a Loan Officer, bringing over eight years of experience and a proven track record of helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worn many hats in the mortgage industry — from helping launch a virtual branch mortgage banking team to specializing in corporate relocation and wealth management lending, before transitioning into retail mortgage banking. Her dedication and expertise earned her recognition in a National Achievers Club and a seat on an Advisory Board.

Jessica’s philosophy is simple: she believes homeownership is the foundation of generational wealth and is passionate about guiding clients through the mortgage process in a way that feels seamless, straightforward, and even enjoyable.

Originally from Ohio, Jessica now calls Virginia Beach home. She enjoys staying active with her dog, Grizz—lovingly nicknamed the “Mayor of the Boardwalk”—and spending weekends at concerts, biking with friends, or gathering for game nights. She also serves as Education Director on the Board of the Veteran Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), underscoring her commitment to giving back.
