ONE Celebrates Logan Vargas' Appointment as Director of Membership Engagement for tHRive

ONE Presidential Mortgage is proud to celebrate a major milestone for one of our own. Logan Vargas, a dedicated member of our team, has been selected as the new Director of Membership Engagement for tHRive, a program of the Hampton Roads Chamber.

tHRive empowers young professionals across Hampton Roads by fostering regional awareness, professional development, and community engagement. Through a wide array of events held throughout the year, tHRive plays a critical role in shaping the future of our region—something Logan is passionate about.

As Director of Membership Engagement, Logan will be responsible for cultivating relationships, welcoming new members, and helping shape the inclusive, energized atmosphere that makes tHRive a standout organization for young professionals. His leadership will play a key role in growing the group’s impact across the region.
