With a career that spans multiple roles in the mortgage world — including Loan Officer, Compliance Officer, and Loan Officer Assistant — Jen brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for helping people achieve homeownership.

Her well-rounded background gives her a big-picture understanding of the lending process, allowing her to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and ensure every loan moves smoothly from start to finish. Known for her attention to detail and calm under pressure, Jen takes pride in supporting both her team and her clients through every stage of the process.

Jen especially loves working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the process with patience and care. At home, she and her husband share their life with two Great Danes, a lively fish tank, and two parrots who never fail to make things interesting. When she’s not working, Jen enjoys weekends in Hatteras with her husband, close friends, and their pups.
