ONE Presidential Welcomes Trudi Williamson as New Underwriter

ONE Presidential Mortgage is pleased to announce the addition of Trudi Williamson as its newest Underwriter. With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and over a decade dedicated to operations, Trudi brings a depth of knowledge and a disciplined, detail-driven approach to every loan file she touches.

Throughout her career, Trudi has supported the lending process in a variety of roles, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how each stage of a loan impacts borrowers, loan officers, and operations teams alike. Her extensive background enables her to underwrite with accuracy, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Trudi is deeply passionate about being part of the team that helps make homeownership possible. She takes great pride in knowing that her work behind the scenes plays a critical role in helping borrowers achieve one of the most important milestones of their lives.

Outside of the office, Trudi is a devoted mother of two grown children and a proud grandmother of two. She also shares her home with two cats who, by her account, are firmly in charge. In her free time, Trudi enjoys riding her Harley, playing poker, bowling, traveling, and exploring new cities—always embracing new experiences both personally and professionally.
