With 20 years in the mortgage industry, I’ve built my career by working through every major stage of the lending process. My background spans both sales support and operations, giving me a deep, end-to-end understanding of how a loan moves from application to closing—and what it takes to support production effectively.

Because I’ve worked on both sides of the business, I’m able to bridge the gap between sales and operations by anticipating challenges, solving problems efficiently, and creating processes that make things easier for everyone involved. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building strong relationships, thinking outside the box, and finding practical solutions that improve workflows and outcomes.

I grew up as a military kid; my dad was in the Navy. I was born in Florida, but I have been lucky enough to call Virginia Beach my home since I was four years old. My longtime partner, Chris, and I have been together for nearly 20 years, and we share a son, Carter, who is a high school junior and keeps us busy with wrestling and big goals for his future. Outside of work, I enjoy being in the sun and on the water, traveling, and discovering hidden-gem restaurants.
