Dwight Bennett brings 28 years of mortgage experience and leadership to his role as ONE South Carolina Market Leader. Throughout his career, Dwight has been passionate about building and growing successful organizations while creating strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and team members along the way.

Known for his problem-solving mindset, Dwight enjoys taking on challenging loan scenarios and helping clients find solutions when others may not be able to. His dedication to service, combined with his deep industry knowledge, allows him to guide borrowers with confidence and care through every stage of the mortgage process.

Outside of work, Dwight is a proud father of four—three daughters and one son—and shares his home with a lively mix of animals including two dogs, two ducks, a chicken, and a cat. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him out on the water enjoying the ocean and spending time fishing whenever he gets the chance.
