Hi, I’m Eric!

I've lived a life filled with diverse experiences and meaningful contributions. From serving in the U.S. Navy to thriving as an entrepreneur, and finally, stepping into the classroom as an educator, my journey has been an incredible one. 

During my time in the Navy, I served on the USS Nassau LHA-4, based in Norfolk, where I honed my skills as a Cryptologic Intelligence Specialist (CTO). Those years instilled in me the values of discipline and teamwork. 

For 16 years, I partnered at Payday Payroll, a company that made the prestigious INC's list of fastest-growing companies three times. We were not only about business success but also making a positive impact.

Our commitment to charitable contributions within Hampton Roads earned us the WAVY TV 10 "10 Who Cares Award." Giving back to the community has always been close to my heart.

I've had the privilege of serving on various local charity boards, including The Nobleman, Virginia Beach Jaycees, East Coast Surfing Championship (ECSC), HOLA (Helping Orphans in Latin America), and more. Contributing to these organizations allowed me to make a difference.

In 2018, I ventured into the world of education as the Woodstock Elementary School Gym Teacher. The highlight of this journey was being voted "Most Liked Teacher 2019" by my incredible students. I ran the Community Engagement program, coached back-to-back cup stacking city champs, and even started our inaugural Turkey Bowl.

Today, I find myself at One Presidential Mortgage, where I continue to embrace new challenges and opportunities. My journey continues to evolve, and I look forward to what the future holds.

Life is a journey, and every step along the way has shaped who I am today. I'm grateful for the experiences, the people I've met, and the lessons I've learned.
