Driven by a passion for serving families and creating meaningful connections, Lexy brings a unique blend of community leadership, financial management experience, and heart to the mortgage industry. With a long background overseeing multimillion-dollar programs that supported low-income families, she has built a career centered on care, responsibility, and guiding people through important life stages — the perfect foundation for helping clients achieve homeownership.

Proud of her Mexican heritage, she is fluent in Spanish (spoken and written), which allows her to support a broader range of clients and help Spanish-speaking families feel understood, confident, and empowered throughout the loan process.

Before stepping into mortgage lending, she spent 26 years managing before- and after-school care programs in San Diego, ensuring children had safe environments, academic enrichment, and opportunities to grow. After relocating to Virginia — a journey that included a memorable cross-country road trip — she’s excited to bring her dedication, empathy, and organizational strength to ONE Presidential Mortgage.

Family is her biggest source of joy. She has a daughter who is now a freshman at Penn State, and their close relationship has earned them the nickname “the Mexican Gilmore Girls.” She also has a hardworking stepson pursuing an electrician apprenticeship. At home, she’s happily kept on her toes by Remy, her energetic toy schnauzer.

Outside of work, she loves experimenting in the kitchen (especially learning Southern cooking), enjoying good wine and good food, dancing, attending concerts, reading, taking road trips, and embracing all types of music—from country to Spanish classics.
